This house was truly beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. We had 6 different families stay and everyone had their own space & was comfortable. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The home was fully stocked and had plenty to do. I didn’t feel the need to leave because we had everything we needed right there. But if you do decide to venture out, you are so close to everything! The beds were comfortable, the furniture was nice & everything was clean! The pool was amazing & I loved how you need to a code to get into it; Awesome security feature if you have children. I do want to note that this is a new build in a coming up community. There was a lot of construction going on around us but it was not disruptive at all. When we were on the porch it was very peaceful and had beautiful views! Would highly recommend to anyone looking and would definitely come back! I also want to note that the host had top notch communication with us! 10/10

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was the most beautiful and fun house you could ever stay at. The location to everything was perfect. The house provided endless entertainment for our whole family. The pool was so much fun for the kids and adults. Movie night in the theater was also a blast. Jason was also extremely helpful with any issues we ran across. His communication with us was top notch. I would highly recommend this property to any and everyone. It is first class. We will never forget our stay at this phenomenal property.

Beautiful home the amenities were excellent. Kids loved the pool. Great location to take back roads to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge. The recommendations for sites and restaurants were very good Our big issue was that house was not clean when we arrived. A communications issue with cleaning service on arrival date. Owners were very proactive got cleaner there right away and made fair adjustments. Will be a very nice area when all amenities are completed.
