Pros- Great view of the mountains, nice new house, great communication with host. Easy to get to and very convenient to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. Great house for 8-10ppl. Den area seats 8 ppl with plenty of dining seats for 20+. Cons- These houses (cabins) are basically on top of each other. Major construction in neighborhood. Noise begins at 7am sharp with large equipment including dump trucks, cranes, lots of noise til after 5pm and tons of dust. The dust was everywhere. 2 days of our trip had big delays trying to leave while road was blocked with trucks and equipment. New house, no insulation between walls so you hear everything between floors. Like most rentals that are new, cheaply built but hey, it’s a rental. Nice kitchen but only 1 frig so stocking it for 15people would be difficult bc there’s no pantry or upper cabinets. 1 towel and 1 washcloth per guest for the entire stay. Lots of stink bugs in the house, probably from the deforestation that’s happened. Bedrooms have no blankets, only a sheet and comforter but the sheets are great quality and comfortable! The housekeeping was ok but lots of dusting that had been missed - maybe due to all the construction. Other good features- Indoor pool is nice Hot tub nice They did provide some pool towels so we didn’t have to use bath towels. Once the area is finished it’ll have a water park area as well. Maybe in 2025!

This house was truly beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. We had 6 different families stay and everyone had their own space & was comfortable. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The home was fully stocked and had plenty to do. I didn’t feel the need to leave because we had everything we needed right there. But if you do decide to venture out, you are so close to everything! The beds were comfortable, the furniture was nice & everything was clean! The pool was amazing & I loved how you need to a code to get into it; Awesome security feature if you have children. I do want to note that this is a new build in a coming up community. There was a lot of construction going on around us but it was not disruptive at all. When we were on the porch it was very peaceful and had beautiful views! Would highly recommend to anyone looking and would definitely come back! I also want to note that the host had top notch communication with us! 10/10
